Recently, the trade union of Shandong Chunguang Technology Group learned that an employee of Shandong Chunguang Magnetic Electric Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, had an unexpected accident at home, his family was in financial difficulties, and his life was in trouble. He then launched a donation initiative within the group, calling on all employees to convey their love with practical actions and demonstrate corporate social responsibility.

This event adheres to the principle of complete voluntariness, encourages everyone to convey warmth in the best of their ability and bring care and hope to employees in need. Shandong Chunguang Technology Group and its four subsidiaries simultaneously launched this initiative donation activity. The employees responded positively, practiced social responsibilities together, gathered love into hope, and helped employees rekindle their confidence in life.
After a week-long donation, the donation was delivered to the families of needy employees on June 19, 2025 under the joint witness and supervision of relevant leaders of the Group's trade union and the Group's human resources department.
